Location

Laganas, on the south coast of Zakynthos

Beach front, close to the sea, and within walking distance of Laganas’ restaurants, cafés and bars.

Laganas Bay stretches for several kilometres of fine sand along the south of the island. It is part of the National Marine Park of Zakynthos, and every summer loggerhead turtles (Caretta caretta) come ashore here to nest.

From the beach, boats run to Marathonisi (Turtle Island) and the Keri caves. The airport and Zakynthos town are a short drive away, and our reception can arrange a car, motorbike or bicycle for exploring the rest of the island.

Getting around

From the airport

Zakynthos airport is close to Laganas. Tell us your flight time and reception can arrange a taxi or transfer to the door.

Car, motorbike & bicycle

Hire on request through reception, for day trips to Keri, Navagio viewpoint and the mountain villages.

Boat trips & excursions

Turtle spotting, the Keri caves, Shipwreck beach and more. Ask at reception and we will book them for you.
